YOGA

Increase your body awareness, reduce the risk of injury and lower stress levels by utilizing your breath to bring even more focus into your workouts. Wheather you are a seasoned yoga veteran or new to this ancient practice, there is always a new technique or ansana incorporated to keep your horizons expanding.

SPIN/YOGA
Combine two great workouts into one class offers variety and balance by elevating your heart rate and also giving your body valuable recovery time. If you are a busy person and find it hard to make time for more than one class, or any cardio and stretching program - try it out. Enjoy the strengehening benefits of both practices, the cardio of cycling and the flexibility of yoga all in one session.

SPIN
Get Ready to rock and roll. Bring your bike shorts, clip shoes, and competitive spirits. Whether you're a beginner or an avid cyclist, this is an invigorating cardiovascular workout designed just for you.

TREADING
New to the Green Bay area. This excting class is a sure way to have fun on a treadmill while getting your workout.
In a group setting you will; walk, jog, run, spirit, climb hills and strength train. A very efficient 30min class.
