THE CLINIC
Philosophy
The professionals at the clinic operate under the belief of the power of systems. For any outcome (good or bad), there is a whole set of forces that produce that action. How we accomplish the millions of movements possible in daily living activities are perfect examples. Raising the arm overhead requires a symphony of muscular action to happen in perfect harmony. Trouble with any one of the muscles that produce this action affects the rest of the muscles involved in the action. No one muscle operates by itself.

For every mechanical pain issue there will be a muscle or many muscles that are tight and need manual treatment and stretching. This part of care is more passive. The other important part to maintaining a pain free life is the weakness that exists in the opposing muscles.

To address this weakness we utilize a combination of Chiropractic rehabilitation with its origins in East European manual medicine. These include functional movement, core strengthening and stability training. Finally, we will give you the tools to stay out of pain with self care programs.
