The exercise portion focuses on functionality-based training, which is geared not only toward meeting aesthetic goals, but also training that helps to improve your daily activities through coordination, balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.
Nutrition programs are designed to meet your specific fitness goals, whether they are to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, or simply to straighten out bad eating habits.
Manual therapy is offered by specialized neuromuscular therapists. They can help if you have sore or tight muscles, stiff joints, or if you have suffered injuries (tears, sprains or strains).
