Still waters run deep.   Quiet, confident, compassionate; Glenn is the Clinic’s most well-rounded clinician.  Glenn provides the bridge between pain and dysfunction to healthy optimal strength, endurance and lifestyle.

“I strive to listen more then I speak.  Patients know more about their health, pain and dysfunction then they think they do; so I want to hear their concerns fully before I make any suggestions for change or treatment.  I look for the ideal moment when patient is ready to hear my suggestions and to change his/her life for the better.”

“Patients don’t need to be afraid of pain, but they don’t need to live with it either.  I am often surprised to learn how long people will wait before seeking care”

“My ideal patient is a “Baby Boomer” who what to life to the fullest, stay active with family, friends, and hobbies with little or no pain.”

Michael Hoffman, Trainer

  • B.S. Exercise and Sports Science-UW LaCrosse
  • Pilates Instructor Certification from Mind – Body Institute, Chicago IL,

Believe what Mike says.  Bright, experienced and witty; Mike has blended together his impressive observational and assessment skills with his knowledge of movement patterns and the locomotor system to deliver the promise of improved function.  Mike optimizes your performance, creates understanding and achieves results.

“I am comfortable with assessment and treatment of most injuries but really enjoy optimizing your function and performance.  If you want to golf better, or run with less discomfort; if you want the endurance to handle a big game hunt out west or maintain your baseball skills in your rec. league; then I am here to help you.”

“Over the years I have worked with a number of people who need their body’s performance for work; police, fire/rescue, physician/surgeons, members of our armed forces, people who need their bodies to work for their work.  When their bodies don’t function well, bad things can happen.  Although I enjoy helping everyone, I take great pride in helping those who serve to protect society.

“My ideal patient knows that they have the greatest impact on their health.  They accept responsibility for their own recovery from injury and maintain there own health”

Marshall Paschke, Fitness Consultant & NMT
  • 4 years at Fitnessology
  • BS-Health and Fitness Management.-Northern Michigan University
  • ACSM-CHFI , NASM – CPT, CNMT-certificate eligible.

Whatever it takes to get you better.  Affable, caring, and diligent; Marshall strives the hardest to connect your goals and expectations with a measured, observable progress.  You will function at a higher level because Marshall draws quickly his own knowledge and that of every member of the team to get you a result even better then you expected.

“It is a good day when I see my patients head out the door functioning better with every step.  It might be a longer stride, it might be better posture, it might be the look on their face that says ‘my pain is much less than when I came in’; I take great satisfaction in this.  Fortunately it happens nearly every day at least once”

“The best part of what I do here at ‘The Clinic’ is working with people who are prepared to take a proactive stance in their personal well being.”  New pain or old pain – it doesn’t matter. Working together, we can optimize the healing process.”

I take you seriously, but I try not to take myself too seriously.  I am a big guy: I played college football at NMU; I still shot put annually in the Badger State games; but I wear pink every Friday, just for the comments!”
